Reverse mentoring is the opposite of standard mentoring, with the mentor an early career researcher and the mentee a senior leader.  It is a powerful way for early career researchers to support an inclusive culture, by sharing lived experiences, perspectives and insights with senior leaders.

For mentees, we are looking for volunteers from NIHR Partnerships senior management team members, or senior PIs affiliated to the BRC, NIHR Clinical Research Facility: Southampton or NIHR Applied Research Collaboration: Wessex.
